I really thank the technitian that helped me last time i cant recall his name but i guess it 

was MAHI he was really knowledgable and and he kept on telling me that it's not my fault 

though I was knowing that it was created by me, He was very quick in fixing my comp and I 

hope that tech do read this and is applauded for the job he did coz there are only few good

This is Sean, I couldnt stop myself from writing this mail. I was facing a printer problem 

late at 12:00 EST had to do some invoicing for my clients and my printer quit working. I 

called all the IT guys  I know but there was no help i got but at last i got you from 

internet, I love the new technology using which one of your reps took over my comp, fixed my 

printer issue and prevented me from a big loss. now at last I can say I know one software 

support that can take care of my problem n tht's you.............................
